Do something new.

According to leading psychologists, the human brain hates change. Change also makes us happy. Such a terrible conundrum for us humans to experience. We only want to do what normally makes us happy, but it soon wears off. We are scared to try new things as well. One thing I decided to do myself is to do one new thing a month. I'm going out of my way to try something new just to have the small changes required to become happier.
