Is being bored really all that necessary? Why do we avoid it? Is it because we are too afraid to face the realities of our minds?
Myself, I particularly like being bored and having nothing to do. It's a sign of affluence, which means I'm well off enough to the point I don't have to cram more and more into my schedule. When I'm bored, I have plenty to think about, I can resolve problems, and I can become a more mentally developed human. It helps to develop oneself and get a sense of who one really is. There's a lot of things we don't know about ourselves, and by cramming so much into life, there isn't much we can find out about ourselves. I hated being bored, until I faced what made me hate being bored. If you can't live with being bored, maybe you should take a deeper look into why you can't stand being bored, and if there are some deeper things to your hatred of boredom.
